Appointments 

We strongly recommend that you schedule your spa services in advance. A 50% deposit is required when scheduling two or more services without the use of a gift certificate. When scheduling a single service without the use of a gift certificate, a credit card number is required to hold your time slot.  When scheduling your services with a gift certificate, you must provide the gift certificate number, otherwise front desk personnel will be unable to schedule you service.

 

Cancellations

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

When canceling two or more services scheduled on the same day, no less than 48 hours notice must be provided. When canceling any single scheduled service, no less than 24 hours notice must be provided. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be billed to your credit card. If your service was scheduled using a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be used as payment for the time slot that was reserved for you. No refunds, credits, extensions or exceptions.
