Wet Services
When receiving exfoliating treatments, we recommend that you do not shave your legs within 24 hours prior to receiving your service. The exfoliant used may cause irritation to the skin just after shaving. If you have concerns about privacy you are welcome to bring a bathing suit for your spa experience. We also have disposable spa garments available for your comfort and convenience. Male clients must wear a swim suit for all wet services.
Private Parties
We welcome bridal, birthday, corporate or any private party. Group discounts are applicable. We recommend when calling for information, that you know the services each party member would like to receive, in addition to the desired date of the event. We book up quickly so you will need to make your reservation early. Payment in full must be received prior to the event.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.

Prices on services or spa packages are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities
The issue of whether or not to leave a gratuity for your practitioner(s) can be awkward. If you were pleased with your service and would like to leave a gratuity for your practitioner, there are courtesy envelopes at reception for your convenience. Generally speaking, a gratuity for your practitioner would fall into the same percentage range as what you would leave for your server at an upscale restaurant, however, personal economics factor in as well. Gratuities may be left for your practitioner as cash or in check form made out to your practitioner. Unfortunately, gratuities cannot be put on credit cards. Children
When planning your day at our spa, please make other arrangements for children as they can be disruptive to the spa environment. Thank you.
Punctuality
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes from your service. Please remember that your service must end on time so that the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all services or can be purchased as monetary credits in the dollar amount of your choice. All gift certificates expire within six months of the original date of purchase. Credit balances cannot be returned as cash or given as a gratuity for your practitioner. They will be returned on the original gift certificate for future use, however, the original expiration applies.
